Contribute Feedback Was User at Mojo's Weird Pizza a mag?
Having worked on Bay St close by for over a year I've ventured many times here for lunch on a regular business day. The word 'weird' is in the name and should be the only flavours you order from in the menu. Only way to get the best value and the option of getting half/half makes it great for sharing, particularly a large family size for a group of 3 (or 4 small eaters) when this is becoming an option less and less a... What User dislikes about Mojo's Weird Pizza:
You can find mojos in a cramped pizza place, the inside i would describe as a tad rundown and a bit "dirty" but staff are reasonably polite. they have plenty of options for vegetarians as well as normals but i do wish they had a vegan cheese substitute, my family ordered the "King neptune", "Bumpy lane" and a 1/2 margarita and 1/2 veggie patch, we waited an extra 15 mins as they wanted a secondary confirmation of wha... For a takeaway pizza joint Mojo's is quite goodThe menu is eclectic, but I tend to always go for the "Port Melbourne", which is a very nice pizza.
I was a bit dubious about a place that describes itself as weird pizza, but I'm willing to give anything a go.
For some reason ordering pizza seems to be a constant source of frustration for me in MelbourneI can't seem to get it right.
This is a typical local pizza shop with everything you would expect. I especially enjoy the pepperoni pizza. Recommended.
Loveeeee their weird pizzas here, their ingredients are fresh and you don't ever get that terrible/regretful feeling after eating pizza. It's a shame that they don't get noticed much here whilst competing all of the other restaurants around port melbourne strip. You'd make a big mistake heading to hunky dory instead of mojos! The staff are lovely, they know how to take care of their customers well. The pizza in the photo was half ground hog half tandoor, both delicious and ingredients were evened out perfectly. We also had the lasagna and that was a good lasagna, it wasn't like those typical mooshy lasagna that most pizza stores make. Shame that they can't deliver to Footscray which is the only downfall.Take your lover, friends or family here for some good weird pizzas!
