"A splendid terrace on the banks of Charente, a correct table with an average price/quality ratio, a preparation of the dishes are all quite simplistic, or missing ending for a menu at 40€. A beautiful wine menu, however, pays close attention to all wines labeled organic, or biodynamic. We chose a wine that ultimately was a natural non-filtered wine that was not mentioned as such. This particular type of wine should be specified on the basis of their acidity, their slight sparkling fermentation and their very taste "juice" more than wine."
