Even though we had reserved a table for 6, we were still kept waiting for quite a while. Management needs to look into managing the line ups as there was only one hostess and she was busy elsewhere! It is very chaotic in there. Food came quite promptly and was hot and delicious but after that, it was very difficult to get any service. We had to wave our napkins in the air before we got any server's attention. Apparen... View all feedback.

Had dinner with the wife. Waiter brought the wrong size dish and the manager insists on us to pay the full price. Manager commented " I dont care if you dont come back." Diners beware! Food was ok, service was atrocious! View all feedback.
The restaurant is clearly understaffed, even though it is no longer busy. The staff were rude and unprofessional, which may explain the lack of service. The prices are very high and the service is extremely slow. The food is not any better than at other restaurants. We will not be returning. Vancouver has many other great dining options.
My family and I went for dim sum on a Saturday. We arrived before am. The restaurant was about full. Service was nice and they brought plastic bowls, plates and forks for the kids. The food was tasty. Our favourite was the shrimp...spring roll and the shrimp with tofu cakes. The steamed chicken bun was ok, could have used more flavour. We also had the har gow and pumpkin taro buns. All in all a good meal. Will go back again.
A large group of us ate there on a week night. The service was quick, but the food was not. Small servings and a bit mediocre. When Had asked for separate bills. Then found we could only pay by card if each individual bill was...over The manager pressured us to have one person pay the whole bill for our group of then sort out the individual payments ourselves. After much negotiation they allowed us to pay individually with our cards. Won’t be back.
I think one of the best in tri cities. Large portion. Go early on weekends. It fills up quickly. Traditional dim sum that you may not be able to find at other restaurants. Good service too.
My wife and I went to this restaurant for our first time mainly to try their DIM SUM. The service was top notch and pricing was good for the dishes we ordered. Their chow mein which was plentiful and very tasty. All food was...served steaming hot and was fresh. The chicken, barbeque pork hot pot was very well presented and was very good. The scallop and the prawn dim sum were both exceptional. The pork dim sum was good but lacked a bit in flavour. Overall we were impressed. We would go back again. Nice large reasonably priced chinese seafood restaurant with very good food for this area.
