I waited for 15 minutes to place my order, but they didn't have anything ready. They seemed to get upset when I decided to leave. It's like they didn't even notice I was there.

I drove quite a distance to Port Arthur after placing an order in Nederland, and unfortunately, my experience there was disappointing. A girl who claimed to be the manager was not helpful at all. However, the actual manager in Port Arthur stepped in, listened to my concerns about the other location, and offered to prepare my order quickly. After I placed my order, I noticed that customers were being served promptly, with minimal wait times, and the business was operating efficiently. I really appreciated how quickly my order was ready. My children even commented on how fast the service was, especially since I had waited an hour at the other place. After being denied a refund by the so-called manager in Nederland, especially after someone had taken my order incorrectly, I truly valued the treatment I received in Port Arthur.

I am not a regular customer at Little Caesar, so I wasn’t aware that when ordering online, I needed to use a specific 3-digit code from the confirmation email. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I tried to clarify which number I should use. I mentioned to the staff member that I had never done this before and pointed out that there were at least three different numbers in my email. Instead of guiding me, she recited the 3-digit code aloud and then walked away to the back where the kitchen staff were. Feeling confused, I turned to another customer for help, and he kindly assisted me in figuring out my order. Unfortunately, the staff member did not seem interested in providing good customer service. She could have simply pointed out the correct code in my email, but instead, she was rude and avoided making eye contact. Her lack of effort to assist customers was disappointing, and her indifferent tone suggested she didn’t care about her job. As for parking, it can be challenging due to the lot being frequently occupied by customers from neighboring businesses. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I certainly won't be returning anytime soon.

Geto took 45 minutes to serve us, and the staff consisted of high school students rather than adults. Two of the five kids did nothing but drink soda and kept running up and down.

Whenever I'm in the mood for a guaranteed delicious Little Caesars pizza, this is the place to go. I really commend the staff here; they work hard and manage to have pizza ready faster than any other location!
