Was in Phoenix area for work this week and I stopped in Nishikawa Ramen to give it a try after reading the reviews. I ordered the Nishikawa Black Ramen and added extra deep fried onions and extra flavored oil black garlic....small place that seats like about 40 (my guess). Good menu and really great service. The ramen was very good, I only tasted it from my boyfriend. I had the potato shrimp and they just did not taste fresh. Pretty bland altogether, and the karage chicken was ok. The batter was pretty plain in seasoning so you had to use the dipping sauce.Food: 3/5 read more.
