What User doesn't like about IHOP:
15 minutes until drink orders were taken and another 20 to get our food order taken. 40 minutes until we got our food. Waitress was in and out of the bathroom and hasn't once checked on us for refills. Go elsewhere. I'd give no stars if I could.
