What Klaus Friedmann doesn't like about SMITH & WOLLENSKY:
We visited yesterday with five people and had high hopes to experiance a fine evening. It was, however, a disaster. I never had such an unattentive service. No interest in cutomers whatsoever, you didn't feel that you as a guest(who leaves a heafty bill afterall) was valued and looked after. The refill of a glass of Cabernet came obviously from the fridge. It was ice cold. And that and many other little things repres... read more.

Waiter was quite rude. Presentation, quality and quantity were poor at best. May I suggest you not participate in restaurant week.

(our food restrictions were honored) While we dined in Estia, we noticed wedding receptions taking place.
