Contribute Feedback Was Pat at Hardee's a mag?
This was a first time stop. The restaurant was very quiet and secluded. So we was not sure it was opened. We saw no cars but one then people started coming in to the drive through. Inside the restaurant was clean, and seemed to be kept up pretty well. The service was good and the young man brought our lunch right to us. I have gone to this Hardee's for a long time and sometimes they are on it and sometimes like tonight they were terrible... they completely messed up my order and when I figured out what happened I took it back and the young lady who waited on me was leaving and they left a guy in charge who looked like he was completely overwhelmed. Good food, for being fast food, I prefer it compared to McDonald's, and love the curly fries. The staff has always been nice and the food comes out quick. This is a good place to grab a quick lunch when I forget to bring mine to work, or when I'm in a hurry traveling.
Airca, the GM was a true delight! She was ver professional and engaging. She offered suggestions for the cost concern with grace and understanding. I have only had one experience like this in years. I was truly refreshing to hav such a pleasant experience. My food is amazing! Please commend her and her staff on their valiant efforts! JRae
The staff was extremely courteous, my order was promptly delivered and accurate. People are missing out on the great deals at Hardee's.
