Entree: Eggplant Tofu Price: 10 Weight: 787 grams (entree) Taste: 4/5 Definitely a restaurant that serves one of the better Chinese eggplant dishes in the Pittsburgh area. The sauce is sweet, savory, and just about the right consistency. Tofu is cooked well and goes along deliciously with the sauce. Eggplant taste is also on point and blends deliciously with the overall entree. Docking minor points because the texture of the eggplant was a little too mushy but overall much better than comparable dishes in the area. Value: 5/5 At 10 this dish is a superb value. Large chunks of eggplant and tofu show that this restaurant didn't skimp on ingredients and you definitely get your money's worth. 78g/ is a solid amount of food for your dollar.
