Popped in here for lunch with a friend Great little bar with restaurant and nice garden out the back. We'd been looking forward to trying the Barley Mow for a long time. The building and decor is really nice and the menu looked great. £21 for a roast so was expecting a high standard, however it was very average. The food was luke warm, the potatoes were hard like they'd been made ages ago and just been kept warm. The gravy was tasty and the meat was tender but it really wasn't worth £21. The Barley Mow from Pendle is a good place for a bar to a cocktail after work and be able to sit with friends or alone, for breakfast they serve a extensive breakfast here. Furthermore, there are many typically British menus on the card that make the English heart beat faster.

Amazing food and drink, Friendly service and nice atmosphere, no wonder it’s busy, cannot fault. Would highly recommend.
