This is a review of the Zao Vietnamese Bistro located on the 5F East wing Shangrila Mall in Mandaluyong. The bean sprouts for the pho were brown because they were so old. The green leaf vegetable was half rotten. We ordered a dish of lemon tofu and the pieces were hard (and brown) since they had sat around for weeks, we guessed. We used...to enjoy this restaurant a lot and the staff are still very pleasant.
