I asked my old work colleagues where it is good to eat in Ortigas these days as I visited the area over a year ago. He suggested The Stockpile for their pasta. My friend got their truffle mushroom cream which was really, really good! They topped it with fresh egg yolks which made the sauce richer. The truffle cream sauce was very evident. What Sammie Hyatt doesn't like about The Stockpile:
The theme is pretty rustic but cozy. I like that the ceiling is high, it really makes a lot of breathing room. If I remember correctly, I had the 6 hour (not sure about the time) pork. "Came here during our vacation in the philippines it was mesmerizing. The food is absolutely delicious, all of them are cooked fresh (some even on the spot). I love all the options and how vast the varieties are. I could stay here for hours... And the halo halo bar!! OMG THE BEST! I loved the make your own gulaman part too. this was definitely the place to be. Staff and service in the philippines is one of a kind, so can never complain about that!
