"Bee Creek has been my go-to place for coffee since I discovered it last summer. Anytime I have friends and family visiting from out-of-town, I take them to BC. The cozy atmosphere, the friendly, service-oriented staff, the delicious coffee and tasty sandwiches, and the outrageous pastries make it my favorite spot in Platte City. Try their buttery, melt-in-your-mouth scones or their gooey salted caramel bars. You'll be glad you did!"

"A clean, bright, well stocked high-end coffee house in the quaint small town of Parkville. In addition to outstanding coffees and other beverages, Parkville Coffee Roasting Co. also offers a wide variety of sandwiches, cakes and pastries. I had a latte and my son sampled the Blueberry Flavored coffee. I consider flavored coffee a gamble, and we both agreed that this gamble paid out. Our breakfast sandwiches were delicious, served on artesian bread and flavored with fresh ingredients. While my son and I were driving across this beautiful country we pulled off bought route 70 West to spend the night at a B&B in picturesque Parkville. Parkville does not offer a lot of competition and that's fine because Parkville coffee is already nailing it. If you go make certain to take your order upstairs. It is a visual throw back to the 1950s complete with board games, rotary phones and a black and white TV. You can sit in an overstuffed comfy-chair and read books from local authors. TheBillo313"
