"Stopped in for brunch whilst visiting our son, he wanted to take us to Bluebird as he loves their food! Our son is not wrong! Excellent food. I was skeptical about going for a burger but this is not a burger joint! I ordered the Big Texas Juanita with duck fat fries again a recommendation from our son. My husband ordered the Gunslinger (pork belly) with duck fat fries. Wow! The food was absolutely delicious! This is definitely a gem of a place!"

A look at the spread speaks volume as healthy it is. Chickens, rice, grilled vegetables, hummus and olive oil. Could it be more balanced? Not only healthy, the chicken was very delicate and tasteful, the rice not sticky at all, the vegetables perfectly made, and the hummus so fresh and tangie. It could not be better in terms of nutrition. protein from chicken; carbs of rice and hummus; Fats from olive oil. The place A Go-to-Type Square if we don't feel like spending the big Bucks or fighting the hectic of the city, but would want our meals to be delicious and naturally healthy.
