Excellent food served with Full chicken, hot sauce and authentic chips. We have tried different types of sauces without any refusal by the staff. Chicken roasted to perfection. No problems with serving staff. Quick serve and not much waiting. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Nando's:
Today my wife ,son and i got served the worst chicken ,Sauce on one side and charcoal burnt on the other. Not happy at all.Standards are falling down due to careless staff I wish i had spent my money on KFC View all feedback.
My niece and I ordered a feta and smashed avocado wrap that resembled a foot-long Subway sandwich, but was poorly wrapped and missing the avocado. My daughter ordered a chicken BLAT that was so liquidy it looked like it had diarrhea. By the time we were halfway through the burger, the buns were completely soggy, like a wet sponge. It was not worth the money or time. We will not be returning.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but the staff are often the issue. They are always complaining, and despite the temperature outside being around 35 degrees, there is no air conditioning. Instead, they just have the windows open. We couldn't wait to leave due to the uncomfortable conditions.
We were very disappointed by our experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, the cutlery was dirty, and the wait times were extremely long and disorganized. We recommend dining elsewhere.
Placed an order and waited about 20 minutes for it to arrive wrong, i went back and said this is not what i ordered and they said they had run out of what i wanted and decided to give me something completely different without even...consulting me first, what a waste of time, will never go back again.
Didn't think I would ever get my meal. It took more than 40 minutes just to receive a burger and chips. Now I know why they want you to pay up front. If they didn't I would have walked out. Seems like they are only...interested in the takeaway side of the business. Eventually when the food arrived, it was fine, but you could tell, that the staff weren't a happy bunch, and that was reflected in the slow service.
