What a m likes about Cafe Fusain:
Fresh products and pleasant people. An example on the menu, this lunch, this nice plate. My colleagues and I waited very long for the dishes to arrive while the room was only in the full quarter (and still). my hot goat salad was imposing but mostly made of foliage. I regret that the pieces of goat cheese were served on slices of whole mie bread.
