We were disappointed that we were not notified that the restaurant had closed and found out when we arrived.

The restaurant was closed. There’s nothing else to say except that it would have been nice to know this when I made the reset rather than get to the restaurant...

We booked on OpenTable, walked all the way across town to go here for dinner and the restaurant was CLOSED!

Nice find in downtown Palo Alto. First visit. Food was terrific and not over priced. Drink menu nice too.

"Really delicious food and hefty portions, no wonder the place was packed when we arrived! The steak and eggs was phenomenal made to a medium rare (can be made rarer or more well done upon request , the croissant French toast was delectable and super sweet, the chicken and waffles was delicious (and that says a lot, because it's pretty hard to mess up on chicken and Bloom definitely did not mess up! 10/10 would come back again!"

"Great varieties, but they do not make their own waffle cones, charging $2 per cones from Joy. Scope was small for me as compared to my friend’s, very inconsistent. Mine is more like a kid size. Anyway, I will not pay $7+ for a kid size waffle cone for an above average ice cream."
