They took it back when we asked without cocktail sauce and... read more The food was not very good. Ordered a shrimp cocktail for our kids and was served in cocktail sauce. They took it back when we asked without cocktail sauce and literally washed the shrimp off a re-served the shrimp. Still had cocktail sauce on them. Kids also ordered the filet mignon to share. The filet came out very well done. Took forever to prepare a second filet, which was not even a filet. Looked like a piece of sirloin. They removed it from our bill, but the second steak was not even edible. Was mostly fat and bristle. Their famous tacos that we were told would be served with a touch of their special white sauce were swimming in white sauce. The restaurant also was not great about food allergies. By far our worst dining experience in Palm Desert.
