It was overly spiced and lacked flavor, with only a few vegetables... read more The Tom Yum Soup we ordered was spilled at the bottom of the bag and didn't taste very good. It was overly spiced and lacked flavor, with only a few vegetables and chicken strips in a clear stock. I also ordered chicken satay and a small portion of fried rice, both of which tasted bad and were mostly cold. My wife's duck in plum sauce with rice was also cold, and lacked flavor. The sauce for the duck dish tasted like sugar syrup. I will never order from Cathay Cuisine again and would not recommend them to anyone. Giving them one star is too generous, as I believe they deserve less. In a time when many food businesses are struggling, Cathay Cuisine could have made more effort. Avoid at all costs!
