Contribute Feedback Was L at Indian Home Diner a mag?
So freaking good my friends and I inhaled our rolls in minutes. This photo does not do the experience justice and I wish I took a photo of the long queue and massive gather of customers outside all sharing the same level of excitement : worth the hype! View all feedback.
What Taryn Altenwerth dislikes about Indian Home Diner:
I thought the food was really yum until a huge rat ran over my feet and I immediately lost my appetite. Grief
These people would be 100% know that the sleeve has a ratty infestation, but obviously do not know about the public.
Maybe these guys with better kitchen practices could get rid of rats there. Grief

Worst Indian food I have ever eaten... Service even crappier... Very cheap joint with no class. I ordered a vegetarian kebab and did not want two of the ingredients. Instead requested some pickle and the person coldly told me it was extra. I smiled and asked even though I am not having two of your major ingredients?. Think she felt guilty and took a dollar off. Then she made the kebab so roughly and unprofessionally with everything spilling over that I lost half my appetite. After everything had one bite and almost spat it out. Returned the food and they started arguing for few dollars so politely told them to keep the money too. Then an arrogant guy sheepishly said they will refund. What a horrible experience.
Had a large size single butter chicken dish and another beef vindaloo+tandoori chicken rolled in garlic cheese nann from foodora. I would suggest everyone to try the god damn good garlic cheese nann which i have not have any other better so far! It filled full of cheese with crispy garlic crumbs topped.Garlic tastes not obvious but cheese filling was amazing enough. It was bit of sweet and brings out coconut crunches. It changed my impression of this thing with its unique style. One more good thing is the extra size of portion.I could not finish coz it felt like a whole chicken in that box and its partner rolled in the nann.
I was expecting the hype to be overblown but damn these chicken tikka kebabs are the greatest late night delicacy in sydney. Crying sweet tears of joy into my naan right now.

Love this place for takeaway food. The Indian Kebab is the best. The butter chicken is nice and creamy and the vindaloo is hot and spicy the way you want a vindaloo to be. The staff is super friendly too. ????????
