My favorite place for burgoo, mutton and chicken. It's great as eat in or carry out. I regularly hit the drive thru when coming back home for a gallon of burgoo. The deserts are always good too. View all feedback.

Wonderful eating from a large restaurant in the second to no one in owensboro!
Excellent eating, especially mutton and dessert. the drawn courts were more than they were mashed as other drawn courts I have ever seen. I had a burger that was surprisingly dry. the woofers were good, but at room temperature came to the table. All others really enjoyed their eating, and we had a nice time.
Our server was said we wanted to brot on our sandwiches, no rolls. they brought our meal, both sandwiches were on rolls. we asked her, she wrote grilled weeping, but nothing about no buns!
Staff was nice ..food was good but they were out of several items on the menu so that was disappointing.
As far as mutton is concerned, I must describe both meat cuts at the same time, because I honestly could not say the difference. there were large pieces of hammel meat that were tender and easy to pull. the tenderness was the best part of the flesh. the taste was a little bland and playful. the addition of either sauce (a vinegar base and a sweet heat sauce) helped, but overall I did not find the mutton so pleasant.
