Shawarma Station - Ottawa

Extremely disappointed by the family. not sure who catering them because this is not Lebanese eating. the kebabs were disgusting. the meat smell like a farm, some pieces were overcooked and some still red. we finished the meat. dog fattoush was cut with a handful of broken brot (addressing was a concoction of fat and suac). hummous was skillful. not sure what we're almost $70 for. never again.

The terrible and rude staff has twice accused Amd, if you want to deny it, they will lock you out and accuse you of cheating them and making a huge scene in which try to embed you and leave you when they steal them. from you, never this one to saturate, they are felt and healed and stealing from swollen!

The eating is expensive and does not taste good I guess no body to go there the chicken old and dry

Located at the south end of the bank street, many free parking spaces. in the last few years this seems to be an explosion of restaurants in the near east. this has both great eating and massive portion sizes. the employees are nice and honest enough to tell them. what can and can be prepared in 10 minutes. I tried the chicken loaf, and it was enough to eat for two adults. everything was delicious. the quality is so good, I cannot say that this is cheap eats because it is well appreciated, and they have massive portions. great location for families with many children!

I would give this restaurant a 0 if I could. Shawarma Station used to be our go-to place for my family, but not anymore. We used to spend at least $100 a month here for the past few years, but today we found 4 pieces of hair in our family pack. When we called to complain, they were very hostile and defensive. They eventually agreed for us to come in and bring the food back. However, when my family member went in, they were treated rudely and accused of faking the incident to get a free meal. This is extremely upsetting and I can't believe the way they handled the situation. I will never support this restaurant again and will not recommend it to friends and family. Customer service and cleanliness are important factors, and I will go elsewhere for Shawarma in the future, even if it means driving further.
