Contribute Feedback Was User at Tokushima Sushi a mag?
Even if you don't want all you can eat, you can order from their takeout menu and eat in at the tables. I wasn't overly hungry, and because it was my first time, I thought I'd just sample my favourites. The hot sake stayed hot because it was served in the usual decanter with hot water around it in a small sake bucket. Nice! The hand roll and maki roll were good. Not the best I've had local, but certainly good enough... View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Tokushima Sushi:
All you can eat for one price - start writing #'s on the order sheet of what you want (5 sheets to a table) - and the food starts coming out. Unfortunately the staff are either not versed in the English language or just don't bother telling you portion sizes or the many "rules" for eating here. We ended up ordering way too much food - and then got charged for taking the food home. Food was okay but not the greatest,... View all feedback.

We ended up ordering way too much food - and then got charged for taking the food home. Food was okay but not the greatest, except the sushi. The table next to us were equally bewildered by ordering etiquette and portions. A little more interaction from the staff would have solved this issue.
$80 for 104 pieces, sounds impressive! 24 pieces sushi, 21 pieces sashimi, 59 pieces of mostly maki rolls (16 California rolls, 12 each of salmon and tuna,14 veg. rolls). Yes we got what we asked for, but I have to say for a sushi place the food is mass produced. I could have gone to the grocery store and bought the same quality there. What a let down!
I am a new sushi lover, and i absolutely love this restaurant. i went for lunch last weekend and the service was quick friendly and fast. i brought my 3 year old with me and they were accomodating. i wish there was more variety for children as i love to go for sushi but sometimes avoid because of lack of options for my child. will be going back here over and over and over and over again.
Tokushima is the only place I go to when I need a sushi fix. You get great quality and delicious Japanese food, not to mention there is so much variety. I do, however, agree that the weekend prices are a little steep, which is why I usually opt to go during the week.
