Pizzaville - Whitby

The panzerotti was just okay, I only enjoyed the crust as everything else was soggy.

The pizza at this restaurant is a great deal for the price. I always order it with a thin crust and well done.

I usually come here during my lunch break as I work like 2 doors down...love the pizza here! Always consistent awesome prices and staff are pretty cool! Definitely recommend!

I ordered 2 pizzas with special instructions, 2 different chicken orders again with special instructions, and hung up in less than 3.18 seconds with the most friendliest guy named Richard. He was awesome!! He needs to be a trainer!!! Thanks Richard. Give that man a raise!!

Terrible experience! The location is awful. We ordered an extra large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and ham, but they put habanero peppers instead of ham. When I pointed out the mistake, the worker simply picked off the peppers and added ham without cooking it properly. The pizza was burnt on the bottom and the ham was undercooked. To make matters worse, it was also spicy. When I called to complain, they said they would remake it, but when I returned, the worker refused and argued with me. I asked for a refund and vowed to escalate the complaint. Pizza Ville may be good overall, but this particular location is terrible.
