I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have never had any real problems with this restaurant. However, when I placed a delivery order tonight, I was c... read more I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have never had any real problems with this restaurant. However, when I placed a delivery order tonight, I was called to meet the delivery driver but no one showed up. When I called Pizza Nova, I was informed that the driver had gone to deliver another pizza. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and offered to make me a fresh pizza at 50% off. After approximately 35 minutes, the driver finally delivered my pizza which was supposed to be fresh. However, upon opening the box, I discovered that it was not fresh at all, but rather reheated from my original order. The crust was burnt and the cheese was hard and dark, not the gooey texture you would expect from a freshly baked pizza. This was not the fault of the staff who took my order, but rather the store's. I will not be returning to this establishment as I feel they tried to deceive me.
