Our family have been ordering in from new century Chinese food for many years. We've always received excellent quality as well as quantity. I like ordering from take out restaurants only. You know it's fresh and no one's left overs. Food is EXCELLENT! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about New Century Chinese Food:
I had not visited this restaurant for take out in over a year and obviously my memory of it failed me. I picked up a combo plate of Sesame Chicken, chicken fried rice and a egg roll for dinner. The Sesame chicken wasn't bad or was the egg roll....the rice (which was 3/4 of the container) was awful. Was really starchy and had no flavour to it what so ever, the dog didn't mind it..... :) Note to self.....Never order fr... View all feedback.
Came here after reading about it getting recommended on reddit r/oshawa. Ordered the D3. Quality and taste is meh. 3 star at best. I felt the rice was dry and hard to chew. The food had an “chemical/industrial” taste to it if that makes sense. Meat portions could have been more generous.
Great group of staff. Order and you'll have your food in 10 minutes. My go to fo Chinese food in the Durham Region hands down!!
Their food is great, we got the chicken balls which were the best chicken balls we’ve ever had, the portion of chicken inside the chicken ball is more then any other Chinese place. The vegetable lo mein and mixed veggies. All of this gave us 4 full portions of dinners and it was $34.We were nervous after reading the reviews about food poisoning but we were fine and it was delicious! We will definitely be returning.
Foods gross delivered fast on skip the dishes. Threw most of the food out chicken balls were small and airy and not crispy at all. General tso chicken just wasn't great beef and broccoli I guess was ight chicken fried rice was plain.Think the only good part was the sweet and sour sauce...
Do not order from here. The food was disgusting and we actually got food poisoning. The funny part is that while we were eating I knew we were gonna get sick so stopped eating and threw most of it in the garbage anyway. Yet still got very sick. Place is awful read the reviews I don’t understand how they haven’t been shut down with how bad the reviews are. Stay safe.
