Texas Roadhouse - Orlando

I left last night for the first time and I want to go back. Daisy?s attention is wonderful. we ordered the kombi for appetizer then was the beef tip on the spot and the delicious Portobello chicken. I'm back to try the margaritas and a good piece of meat. they have several options.

When we finally sat down, John did a wonderful job serving our table. However, the food took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it did, all the steaks were cold. Despite being delicious and perfectly cooked, they were served lukewarm — my son even had to eat his steak bites with his hands. Management eventually came by after we requested them and offered to make amends, but at that point, we had already waited two and a half hours and just wanted to leave. I’d give a five-star rating for the waitstaff and three stars for management, but overall, this experience deserves only one star due to the frustrating seating policy. I can only imagine our experience would have been much better had we been a smaller group of 3 or 4 people.

Order pick up. My order was completed 11 mins earlier than I was originally quoted, which I thought strange. Well?it?s not strange when they give you a raw steak. Cut into my steak when I got home and it was purple. Had to recook it.

This classic chain never disappoints! The service is efficient, the staff offers excellent recommendations, and the food is always served hot and fresh. Located near the airport, it's a popular spot, so expect a crowd. The freshly made rolls are absolutely delicious, and the steaks are fantastic with impressive carvings. It can get a bit noisy, and drinks might take a little while to arrive. My cocktail was diluted when I received it, but my waiter kindly replaced it for me without any fuss. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit—give it a try!

The food was excellent, just like always. Our server, Kassady, was very friendly and attentive, as was the manager.
