We were very disappointed with the service as there was practically none. We were only offered drinks when we ordered our food and never were asked again. Would go back for the food but they need to lift there game with the service.

The chicken katsu bento box is my go to for dinner but then of course I suffer food envy when other people's delicious meals go past. Can't wait to go back with a larger group and go crazy with all the other food I love. A visit to the lunch time sushi train is also long overdue.

Despit... read more Have been here before and the food is usually pretty good, so we took some friends visiting town. From the moment we walked in, the service was terrible. Despite our prior booking, we had to go and find someone to show us to our table, our waitress had no interest in customers, dishes were dumped on the table with no description as to what they were, when we asked for water we got 4 empty glasses placed on our table and after 30 minutes we had to ask for water to go with the glasses. A bottle of warm water was then placed on our table. When we tried to pay our bill, the card continued to decline and when we pointed out that it was being input incorrectly we were ignored. When we then provided another card and had the same problem, they finally realised the error they were making - no apology or even acknowledgement. It was so bad it was just a laughable experience. Won't be going back.
