"The kitchen is incredible and the service friendly and welcoming. It is great to see the owners and the whole family work in the restaurant, which gives everything this warm and at home feeling. The restaurant certainly empraces vegetarians and vegans and offers thoughtfull plant-based options that really tickle your tounge. You can even enjoy full on vegan 5 course menus in the most romantic garden restaurnat I 've ever been at. Seeing that they only use glas straws, reusable napkins, focus on local and bio ingredients and even have an electric car charge at site made me feel that the venue cares about environmental issues and local support. I highly recommend a visit. Especially for a glace into the beautiful town of Gengenbach."

"Star only for locality! Yesterday a Halloween party was advertised in the mill. Great decoration, great cocktail card! But the service has never experienced anything like that. Never so undesirable. Did the service also ask if it is a public event? You might think it's a private event how to be served here, until first someone came to order is a good quarter of an hour past, rather more. After half an hour, the drinks were placed on an empty table, as the waiter could no longer find the drinks. The operation could have asked... someday we picked up the cocktails ourselves. In addition, the cocktails were not prepared professionally, although they were offered on the map. No ice cream, no pepper, much too much lemon juice etc. In the second order, only one of the two drinks came. The other one we picked up at the switch. When paying, it was found that the first drinks that did not get to our table were not boiled. Everything went wrong here. The entire staff seemed to be devastated to the alcohol. Was also so... Very unprofessional!!! Shade for the locality!!!"
