"Overall my recent visit was okay but it was not really great and it was enough to make me rethink going back. Usually I don't mind paying a little bit more for high quality burgers when I have a treat but this time I don't feel the quality was very good. Starting with my fries they were lukewarm when I got them which is definitely not typical. The burger tasted just okay and not as fresh for some reason. The staff was pretty friendly but also a little bit distracted by whatever conversation they were having before I came in. Overall the restaurant was pretty dingy and dirty for them to be sitting around talking honestly, I think some strong management would be helpful here. I'm not against having a little bit of fun with your co-workers but you can talk and clean obviously. Overall it made me uncomfortable."

"Ordered a mango smoothie, added spinach, they turned the smoothie into a dark green monstrosity of a drink. Doesn’t taste like fruit, doesn’t taste like spinach, it’s some weird hybrid that just tastes horrible. Here’s a tip, if someone orders a mango smoothie, even if they request spinach, it should still taste something like mango, you know, THE FLAVOR I ORDERED! Biggest waste of money, even in this inflation economy it’s a crazy rip off. Threw away about $20 worth of gross smoothies. Done with this place, commercial retail space available soon!Update: They sent a gift card so I could try it again. They are actually learning from their customers. Awesome response to a customer who had a horrible experience, hopefully it was a one off."

"Rhonda was great. I am allergic to onions and she made sure to let know if anything had even onion powder or salt. I have been to several restaurants where I have told them I am allergic and not one has ever warned me like she did. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Food was also amazing."

"Nuthin ' fancy but damn good!. The best burger i 've ate here in chattanooga anywhere, merv ' s and Tremont Tavern are a close second,Kevin 's serves fries are that big wedge type Jo Jo baby 's i don 't like them at all, service is hard to predict but it doesn 't matter, the burger rocks ! Call ahead on Saturday they often run out of meat and close early, if they don 't pick up the phone beware, they are doing it on purpose... They get slammed after 4 pm every Saturday . Try a bottle of Orange Crush with your burger, but the sides are frozen pre made items you can find anywhere, stick to the burger 's they are fresh cooked to order."

"People rave about the BBQ, I’m here to rave about the best double burger , it was amazing, juicy and flavorful. I highly recommend the fried chocolate pecan pie! Not to sweet and the flavors melt together to make a warm comforting pie. Great experience!"
