Hibachi food taste has went down since COVID chef that had been there for years and did the consistent seasoning on all items, so that no matter what chef you got the taste was pretty close. Our recent experience had the chef using butter instead of oil. Fried rice instead of soy sauce was seasoned with teriyaki sauce. Rice overall was mushy and several like clumps.
