Overall, reviews for this particular Jimmy John's location were mixed. While some customers were satisfied with the competent order-taking and correct order fulfillment, others were disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm and playfulness typically found at other stores. One customer noted that the closing procedures lacked the fun and friendly approach seen at other locations. In terms of the food, opinions varied with some finding the sandwiches subpar in terms of taste and quality, while others appreciated the quick delivery and value for the money. Despite the mixed reviews, the restaurant seems to have a loyal customer base who appreciate the fast and friendly service, particularly with their delivery service.

Was Linda Hammes at Jimmy John's a mag?
Freaky? Not really....but definitely fast delivery!!!. I threw down a Ultimate Porker, extra ham, extra bacon on wheat. Fairly good sandwich...but not for ....but I knew that before I placed my order JJ's is not my favorite Sandy Shoppe but it definitely comes in handy when I am glued to my desk However, I do appreciate their fast friendly service. What Anna Mertz dislikes about Jimmy John's:
Love trying new places. However, after trying the #1, I was not impressed. Bread tough. Subway has them beaten. Incorrect chips delivered. Ate about a third of the sandwich, and gave the rest away. Pricey! $10 for sandwich, chips and med. coke. View all feedback.

Been to a number of Jimmy John's in various states so my expectations were fairly high based on past experiences. This particular store dissapointed me a bit. The folks taking the order were competent and correctly produced the order I placed - BUT the enthusiasm and 'playfulness' I have experienced at other stores just wasn't there. Kind of like serving their time instead of truely enhancing customer experience. One example obvious to me was the taking down of the soda machine about 15 minutes before closing. They just did it. In the Colorado Springs store they announced last call and encouraged customers to top off their drinks first even though it was the Fourth of July and they really wanted to head out to party (based on their banter). They made it more of an event rather than a task for them and a surprise for the customers still remaining. Little things, like non-verbal communication, add up to make to make a more enjoyable experience and repeat customers. Jimmy John's prides itself as a franchise of having made its success by being all in with its employees and customers. As for the sandwich, it was ok. Better than many Subways and the 'stop & robs' for content and construction. Somehow it didn't taste as good as sandwiches from other Jimmy John's. I think I know why. Perhaps I picked a bad evening with them off their game?
