From the perspective of a tourist, I think this Billy's deserves 5 stars If I were a local, probably 4 stars.
The lobster stew is off the hook!!! The view is great and the service is friendly A bit pricey for portion size but outstanding quality.

"This was a cool place. The flatbread pizza was delicious. They had a bunch of specialty pizzas to choose from that were very unique. Good beer selection. The biggest plus for us was that the patio is dog friendly!"
