Nowhere else can I get a hand scooped milkshake, Hersheys DARK Chocolate, with whipped cream and chocolate chips on top 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. #NomNom TOTALLY WORTH GOING JUST FOR THE SHAKES BY THEMSELVES! Also, their rewards program sends out cards for FREE food, on your birthday! This means MORE SHAKES! Especially if your 3 cats are also signed up. ??? Minus one star because sometimes the burgers aren't the best. Their chili and other items are good; but I want a hot burger to eat with a cold milkshake. Avoid the sourdough bread, which is always oily. The other buns are NOT oily, they taste MUCH BETTER. Now, if I could get them to STOP WITH THE MAYO! ?

I change to the new concept Steak 'n Shake has moved, but we still decided to dive. Staff worked on the tail. They were still pleasant and get the food as soon as possible.

It's essentially a self-service setup, and while the electronic menu is convenient, I found it frustrating that they don’t provide any utensils—except for shakes—so you're left eating with your hands. Additionally, I had to ask for ketchup for my fries, and the staff was rather rude when I made requests. The food was alright, and the shakes were enjoyable, but the service was really slow. I've been a fan of S&S for years, but it's time for me to find a new lunch spot for myself and my grandkids, which I used to visit weekly. I really don’t plan on returning. Also, the floors and seats were sticky, which didn’t help the overall experience.

For $5, I expect... read more I ordered a burger, fries, and a chocolate milkshake from this restaurant, and to be honest, the only thing I really enjoyed was the milkshake. For $5, I expected it to be at least decent. The main issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant and the long wait for our food. My wife didn't receive her milkshake until after she finished everything else, so we ended up having to take it to go, which was disappointing.
