What Lia Hermann doesn't like about Penrose:
Ask for ahi tuna, they didn't have it. That knocked out about 1/3 of the menu. Ordered mussels + clams. Clams were undercooked and didn't even open. Mussels were empties for about half of them. Waitresss was new and apologetic, I hope she finds a new job read more.
