"I've have absolutely enjoyed every lunch option I have ever ordered from Wren the Butcher to include many sausages and the house burger. Yesterday, I ate half a brisket sandwich at Wren's lunch counter and dove into the other half as a late night snack...I have decided that I could live solely on Wren the Butcher's brisket for the remainder of my days, but I will certainly continue to order more from your menu. Adam is amazing! He certainly has the talent, the innate hospitality and his food is delicious!!"

"Great little inn located in one of the best places to visit in Michigan. We stayed two nights and love our stay. The rooms aren’t massive, but perfect for having a place to rest when you are out adventuring. The place was very cozy, quiet, and peaceful. We sadly didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but got a couple of drinks the night we arrived. The bartender was incredibly friendly and gave us some tips on places to visit while we were in town. The check out procedures weren’t clear so that was a bit confusing when we tried to leave. Also, the parking situation can be a bit awkward. There’s no real lot so you have to find street parking, which can be difficult if the restaurant is busy. Overall, those are minor points on an otherwise wonderful stay. We’re already considering returning next year. Don’t hesitate booking a stay here!"

"Nice little gem in the heart of Lake Leelanau. Loved the Morel, Raclette, Black Garlic, and Asparagus pizza they had as the special this year when we came up in the Fall. "FYI, the walleye basket consists of 1 very small piece of fish and fries for $20. A burger and fries was nearly $20. The ranch dressing was the consistency of milk. Very expensive for little food. This was our first time to Boones, will more than likely be the last."

"We had a fabulous dinner (as always!) we appreciate the COVID vaccine card demanded. debbie is the best server, full of energy, and well visited on the menu details. especially we enjoyed the fabulous live jazz guitar duo! they were very talented, they kept their volume (speaker) at a perfect level to enjoy, but not to be overpowered. a very unforgettable experience! (for a reservation. they had a great early bird-prix-fixing menu"

"This was a perfect brewery setting if you are looking to get out and about even with kids. It has a wonderful beer garden with fire pits that they stock often to make sure that you are never cold. Getting an igloo reservation needs to be done well in advance as it was consistently busy… But it was easy to get food and drinks in the beer garden. The food tasted really good, I was a little bit under salted if that matters to you. Staff was great, and everyone was very Covid sensitive to make sure that their customers are safe. We would definitely go again."

"Yes, just yes. Normal food done really well at the only reasonable price within miles. Best sweet potato fries, kind and efficient staff and INCREDIBLE chocolate cake that is so rich and divine."

"Brian, Katie Colleen, We could say it’s like home, but it’s much better. We feel so comfortable in your rooms.When we go out for the day, we come back to clean tidy room. Brian, Katie Colleen go out of their way, like providing a campfire starter lighter so we can have a campfire in the evening. Kathy Ron Scherer Rooms: Rooms have patio access. Windows can be opened for fresh air. The lodge allows us access to several beaches for rock hunting, wineries and Traverse City for some antique hunting and restaurants. We also have relatives whom we can visit. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic, Quiet"
