The Charles Bradlaugh - Northampton
Menu
The menu of The Charles Bradlaugh from Northampton comprises about 83 different menus and drinks. On average you pay about £7 for a dish / drink.
The restaurant, formerly known as TCB, offers friendly service and efficient staff, although some menu items seem to be microwaved. Despite this, it is a decent spot to relax, especially by the window with a view of the main road. On the other hand, a negative review described a disappointing Halloween event with poor communication and an underwhelming experience. However, the drinks were good and the pizza tasty, albeit with a hair on it. The venue also shines when hosting private events, with accommodating staff, flexible menus, and a great space for various gatherings. Overall, the pub is cozy, with substantial, home-cooked food, cold pints, and a friendly atmosphere, earning it recommendations for a visit or even to host an event.

What Tracy Holmes dislikes about The Charles Bradlaugh:
Noticed the name change on the outside before the first of a couple of visits. Friendly greeting from the staff and quick and efficient service. Not a great choice of beers but there were a couple. Ate once when I had Scampi and fries. Very...think chips and hard breaded Scampi with a dip. Appeared to have been a microwaved meal. Not brilliant but inexpensive and filled a gap. Wife had something different but seemed... View all feedback.

I recently visited this restaurant and enjoyed the lively ambiance, live music, and talented bassist. The drummer was decent as well.

The food was surprisingly delicious and very affordable! Plus, they have live jazz music on Wednesdays! What more could you want?

Perfect place to lunch with colleagues. the staff is always friendly, eating is great and the gin now tastes so much better that they have gin glasses!
