They completely forgot about my order while more... read more I only ordered a latte and iced Americano (no food, just drinks). It took over 20 minutes to receive my order. They completely forgot about my order while more than 10 customers who ordered after me received their drinks within a minute or two. This Aroma location is the worst compared to the Vaughan Mills location.

They ignored my girlfriend when she had a question about their hot chocolate and gave it to us without explaining that it needed to be stirred. As a result, we were confused when it tasted like plain milk. When she went back to ask about it, the staff initially looked at her and then completely ignored her until she had to raise her voice for a response. It is unreasonable to expect customers to know that the hot chocolate requires stirring, especially when most places serve it ready to drink. This experience was disappointing and the staff could do better.
