My salad took way too long to come out. My children finished their meals before my salad even arrived.

The food was ok but took forever. The waitress also took forever to check in on us. I waited with the check in my hand to pay at the table for 15 minutes before deciding to download the app and pay online. The manager was very nice and accommodating, however the damage had been done. Would not reccomend this location and can see why they had tons of open reservations on Mother's Day unlike other locations.

Despite our efforts to catch the attention of multiple servers who passed by our table numerous times, no one stopped to take our order or even ask if we wanted water by 7:20. Feeling incredibly hungry, frustrated, and angry, we made one last attempt to get someone's attention before ultimately giving up and leaving. We decided to eat at a different restaurant instead, where we were treated to exceptional service and amazing food.

I had hoped that Friday's being on OpenTable would improve it, but it's still a disappointment. On the plus side, the hostess our server were very friendly. That's the only positive. My dining companion ordered 1/2 rack of ribs, but only got 5 instead of 6 or 7, which is a true half. I ordered the sesame jack chicken strips appetizer as a meal with fries; they were over cooked baby balls, not strips. The fries that I paid extra for were not fresh and I didn't eat them. Despite complaining, they weren't removed from the check. Given all the great restaurants in the area, don't waste your time and money here.

Being seated took a moment since the two hostesses had difficulty reading the seating board to find a place for us. It turned out fine and we were seated in the bar area. Ricky was absolutely great. He was attentive and kind, courteous and totally on his waiter game. Once seated we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
