"I honestly thought this place was quite expensive and I popped in after I couldn't get what I wanted at cooplands. Wow such choice and amazing value. I chose the coronation chicken baguette and I couldn't wait to get home to eat it, in fact I was drooling before I sat down. Thoroughly enjoyed it to the last bite. Will definitely be back to try more on the menu. Very friendly and polite staff too this will definitely be my go to location from now on."

"Quality food but prefer to sit at the bar with the food cooked In front of you. Excellent service no waiting and staff are really friendly. The children also enjoy and are accommodated. "A friend and I went for brunch. We had the before noon tea. A bacon butty and a sausage butty with 2 scones. Both the bacon and sausage were good quality. The bread was nice and soft. Cherry scones were tasty. Good value for money. We then also had a slice of the rhubarb and custard sponge. This was absolutely delicious!! Definitely recommend. The service was quick and friendly. The bakehouse is clean and airy. And the books on the wall for charity is a nice touch. Furthermore on a Friday lunchtime there’s some nice eye candy in the form of a window cleaner. Already recommended it to my mum. We will be visiting again."
