This is a lovely spot for a morning brunch, featuring a fantastic atmosphere and plenty of outdoor seating. The coffee here is excellent, and the Chinese fried chili omelette was incredibly flavorful. The roasted potatoes were also delightful, but I would rank them second. We also ordered some banana and raisin bread to take away, but it was a bit too sweet, even for someone with a sweet tooth like me. View all feedback.

Came in for drinks for a special evening with friends, to be greeted SO warmly by the guy with the beard and long ish hair, and possibly glasses. Who had no problem making snarky comments about us ordering cocktails. Not like anyone’s getting paid to make them or anything. As we are all hospo workers too we were disgusted with his behaviour. I noticed this restaurant over the weekend while on holiday in Hobart. We stayed in North Hobart and drove past a few times, and it looked great! A friend recommended it to us, as they had been there a few months prior. We decided to go for dinner one night and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing pizza. We eat plenty of pizza, so that's saying something! The bar staff were also very friendly and allowed us to enjoy our drinks even after closing up. We returned a few days later for brunch and enjoyed delicious coffee and breakfast. The sourdough was especially amazing. The staff were always happy and friendly, creating a fantastic atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting, and I would go back without hesitation. Thank you! xx
A few of my friends and I had a fantastic time at brunch on Sunday. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was exceptional. This was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last. I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant.
I dined at Room a Pony for breakfast this morning with my girlfriend, and ohhh my goodness oh my damn, it was delish. The crispy bacon dayyyyumm. Those soft eggs dayyyyumm. The friendly staff made some great menu recommendations and the atmosphere was warm and cosy. That creamy latte dayyyyumm. And the creme de la creme was the freshly baked cookie I ate to round off a flawless meal was amazing. P.s. I will be coming back for the poutine waffles!!

Recommend this place at anytime of day. My happy place in Hobart.! Alway stop by for a drink when I'm in town. Staff and management are awesome.! 5 stars.!
