"Peak time. No ice in the drink machine. Got the order wrong. All the tables were dirty. The pizza wasn't even great (possibly due to the poor experience). I'll give it another shot in a few months and hopefully they'll get their act together"

"Went here for trivia night with my girlfriends. We waited quite a while for our food. The was food was decent. But our waitress, absolutely unprofessional. My friend mistakenly forgot to write in her tip (honest mistake) and our server rudely came back to our table and LOUDLY stated “I just noticed you didn’t leave a tip.” “Was something wrong with the service, this how I pay my bills” which we understand and respect all food service providers. However, the way she loudly and the way she came at my friend was unacceptable. Truly ruined our night. She had the place silent. She could’ve address the situation in a different way or just accepted the fact she didn’t get a tip. The other 4 of us tipped her. Wish I could remember her name. But she didn’t check in on us enough for me to."
