Food is okay- small servings- you will need to order sides. Service is poor..Saturday night: - can't see the river due to the people dining outside block the view -it took 1hour for our meals to come out after ordering - it took 20mins for my glass of wine to come out - general service is quite poor- we were never followed up once for drinks in over 3 hours and had to help ourselves to the wine in the chiller basket... read more.

River Cafe has lost its former glorious self. It has never been a let down, but tonight's dinner was disappointing. Food under seasoned, I couldn't find my goat...
