We had takeaways on 2 nights of our 10 night stay. Having read some of the reviews, I was a tad concerned, however, can report the meals were good, the staff very friendly, and the prices good. Have had better Thai, however, for the value, would return as was very nice all the same. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Krung Thep Thai Restaurant:
I have been to this restaurant many time over the past few years and have always enjoyed the food and service, but unfortunately this time around it was terrible. Our entree was 30 minutes late because they lost our order. The Thai fish cakes were round and rubbery and my main course of fish and vegetables in ginger was drowning in a sea of salty soy sauce. I was walking up and down this strip for a couple of days looking for something tasty to eat and came across this establishment.
Never disappointed when we dine here. Food and service always on point.
Authentic fresh Thai food. Friendly staff, good prices, fast service generous size servings. Beautiful view of the river. We will go back often.
Booked well ahead of time, so got an excellent table. Our arrival was timely too which resulted in quick service. Ordered quickly and our food and drink arrived without major delay which was excellent given the busy nature of the restaraunt that night. The food was superb and at very reasonable cost. Wine menu was perfectly adequate without being overly extensive. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience.
Delicious meal and great service! Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch there!
