I'm probably the best to check this dish as I have eaten it from all continental and more 5 star restaurants over the years than everyone. joey and johnny chefs at the oban have worked in recent years with my input and criticism to create a dish that is by far the most outstanding duck confit everywhere. please come and enjoy them, they will agree read more.
