"As others have indicated in recent reviews, the behaviour of the leading staff member completely ruined our visit here. I take Covid precautions very seriously but the way we (and others) were spoken to (more like shouted at) by the female staff member as we...sat at our table was ridiculous. The food was average too."

"A beautiful, untouched caffe. it was nice to sit outside. the ingredients were of very high quality in the Scottish breakfast, fabulous black pudding. the gluten-free cake from chocolate and the red wine was delicious and the rose leaves on the top were added to the taste. the coffee is always a bone of satisfaction, but it was very good. can not wait to go back"

"Tonight we have eaten a meal with two friends and we were all very impressed by the menu and service. they provided no problem for vegan and gluten-free diets and were friendly and helpful while working flat-out at a very busy night. the food was delicious!"
