"An outstanding little gem just outside Padstow. The food was extremely tasty and presented beautifully. My duck was out of this world. The family who run this restaurant make you feel welcome and really look after you from start to finish and nothing is true much trouble. Definitely going back next time we are back in St Merryn. "Sometimes you just need a great meal out and this was just what we needed to lift us after a hard week. Nigel Tabb’s Sunday roasts are a fabulous four course treat. This time there was a glass of cava to start and coffee to end four perfect courses. The roast venison and accompanying seasonal vegetables was exceptional. The Cote du Rhône Village I chose to go with it was great. Service was a good as the food. There is nothing more annoying than to have great food let down by poor service. This never happens at Tabb’s."
