"Been eating her on-and-off for at least 10 years. The food is always seasoned well and tastes good but sometimes it's served cold or dried out. Even during lunch hours. "Sadly, I'm addicted lol. I've tried quite a few boba shops and Gong Cha is one of the best boba tea's ever. I order the creme brulee flavor mainly and my daughter loves the cookies and cream w/soy milk. The creme brulee milk caps are beyond amazing, you can control the sugar and ice level, also great options. The staff is great even when I order through Grub Hub, they will call you for needed adjustments promptly."
