I really enjoyed sushi here and believe it’s most affordable high quality sushi in NYC. Not as cheap as before but still under $200. I like their old West Village location more because better neighborhood and cleaner there. When we ate here in Feb 2023, they told us upon arrival that they ONLY serve omakase now. The price is $198 for one 16 piece omakase.Many of the pieces were delicious and quite special, but there were a few that I was not adventurous enough to enjoy (raw baby eels with dipping sauce). The meal came with miso soup and a mediocre dessert. Overall this meal felt overpriced and not that enjoyable. We wouldn't go back. read more.
