The SAUTÉED Redfish Lafitte was not up to expectations, the fish was not sautéed, it was fried, oily, and not very flavorful. The Redfish Emir had no discernable crayfish to speak of on the sauce. The meal left us still looking for the tast of NOLA we were craving. read more.
